Shaye and Caleb had been high school sweethearts and finally decided to tie the knot at the picturesque wedding venue Cairns Colonial Club Resort. Surrounded by tropical gardens, the venue was the perfect backdrop for their special day and wedding theme.
Their wedding ceremony was held in the gardens with the stunning colonial-style architecture of the resort as their setting. As the afternoon sun began to set, we took the newlyweds to a magical pine tree forest for their afternoon wedding photos. The tall trees and the dappled light made for some truly enchanting shots.
The reception was held in the Colonial Club Ballroom, which is a spacious and elegant venue with high ceilings, beautiful chandeliers, and a large dance floor. The ballroom was decorated with white and gold accents, and the couple chose a romantic theme with fairy lights and ferns.
One of the highlights of the wedding was the heartfelt speeches given by the couple's family and friends. It was clear to see the love and support that surrounded Shaye and Caleb on their special day.
