Emma and Alex's wedding at Mount Quincan was truly magical. With stunning views of the surrounding rainforest and a cozy, intimate atmosphere, this wedding was one for the books. As their wedding Atherton photographer, I had the honour of capturing every special moment of their big day.
Mount Quincan is a hidden wedding venue gem located just outside of Atherton in The Tablelands. The venue is surrounded by lush rainforest and towering trees at the top of a volcano, providing a breathtaking backdrop for Emma and Alex's ceremony.
The ceremony was held outdoors, with a stunning view of the below valley. As both Alex and Emma walked down the aisle, the look on their faces said it all. They exchanged heartfelt vows, and it was clear that they were meant to be together. The venue's setting only added to the magic of the moment.
After the ceremony, Emma and Alex took a romantic stroll around the stunning property in the newlywed's golf buggy, capturing some truly enchanting moments at the top of the crater.
As the sun began to set, we headed out to Atherton to snap some unforgettable sunset shots. Although there was no formal reception for their elopement, the day was filled with love and magic, and I was thrilled to be a part of it all!
Weddings at Mount Quincan were always the most magical weddings I've had the pleasure of capturing. The venue was stunning, the ceremony was heartfelt, and the reception was a true celebration of love. It was an honour to be their Atherton wedding photographer, and I'm excited to see what the future holds for this amazing couple!
